The coaching framework
Every movement program is built around your specific restrictions, asymmetries, coordination patterns, and goals — not generic exercise templates.
01 · Screen
Use objective SFMA and FMS screening to identify mobility restrictions, motor-control gaps, and asymmetrical movement patterns.
02 · Release
Improve fascial glide and tissue quality with targeted bodywork and precise self-myofascial release education.
03 · Rebuild
Use targeted movement therapy and corrective exercise to help your nervous system own the restored range.
Objective screening
Functional movement coaching begins by identifying where your system is losing efficiency. The goal is to understand whether a limitation is driven by mobility, stability, motor control, or a pattern your body has learned to protect.
SFMA assessment
The Selective Functional Movement Assessment helps categorize movement patterns as functional or dysfunctional, then narrows whether the issue is mobility or motor-control driven.
FMS screen
The Functional Movement Screen documents fundamental movement patterns, asymmetries, and micro-compensations so we can address problems before they turn into strain or injury.
Fascial decongestion
Fascia is a continuous, fluid-filled connective tissue web. When overloaded, it can become dense and less elastic. Targeted bodywork and SMR education help restore natural tissue glide, improve circulation, and give you practical tools to manage tension between sessions.
Neuromuscular reprogramming
Releasing restriction creates a window of opportunity. Corrective exercise and targeted movement therapy help your nervous system coordinate the restored range, build stability, and integrate balanced movement back into daily life and training.
